Personal plus App does not open
My Personal Plus App did not open successfult today. When I click on the Reckon icon, the window opens, part of the welcome tune plays and then it suddenly drops out without any warnings, error codes or messages altering me to a problem. It opened without any issues yesterday. No changes were made to the PC between events. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the 2022 version. Spoke to Customer Service who resent the IKC. It appears to install successfuly. However, I am experiencing the same problem - when I click on the icon, the window opens, part or the welcome tune plays and then it drops out without warnings or errror code. Restarting the computer did not resolve the problem. Extremely frustrating!!
Any solutions or suggestions from the community would be gratefully received.
