SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE - Reckon Accounts software activation service

The software activation service for the Reckon Accounts (Desktop) software will be undergoing planned maintenance on Saturday night.

This maintenance period will affect both Australian and New Zealand Reckon Accounts (Desktop) users and users of the Reckon Personal Range who attempt to activate their software.

Any software activations of the following versions conducted during the maintenance window will not work.

  • Reckon Accounts Business Range: EasyStart, Accounting, Plus, Premier, Enterprise
  • Reckon Personal Range: Personal Plus, Home & Business


MAINTENANCE PERIOD:
  • 8:00PM - 10:00PM (AEST) Saturday 28 May 2022
  • 10:00PM - 12:00AM (NZST) Saturday 28 May 2022


If you are currently using one of the above versions that has already been activated you will be able to use your software as normal during the maintenance period.

Once maintenance has been completed there will be no change in the software activation process for your software.
