no final payrun entered to STP

HI, our business closed in March however I don't think I submitted the employee last pays as final. Therefore their group cert is going to show their pay period up to end June. Is this ok or do I need to go back and do revised pay runs to reflect the final pay date?? Thanks

    If there will be no further pay runs created for your employees then its important that you send through an EOFY finalisation so that the ATO is notified and also so that the income statement for your employees switch to 'Tax Ready'.
