No one has helped me with this problem. I’d like to upgrade my subscription but if you can’t help me log in and this is the level of customer service then I’ll have to go elsewhere.

@EvoJelley You've posted your question in the wrong category - There are separate categories for the Reckon Mate App & also the Reckon Payroll App. If you have a look under the applicable category, you may find someone has already answered this previously.
