Downgrade modules

Hi, I have been on hold for god knows how long. All I want to know is how do I downgrade the modules I have attached to my reckon one subscription. The only option is to change it and "buy now".

I'm already on a subscription, so I don't want to buy now. I want to downgrade.

Frustrated.

Hi @redboat

You can customise the modules you have as part of your Reckon One book subscription from your Reckon Portal prior to launching your book.

Click on the Menu button ➡️ Settings ➡️ Customise your Reckon One modules ➡️ Select which modules you want/don't want and proceed.

Hi, yes I am familiar with this. However, the only option there is to "buy now" and when you click buy now it takes you to a confirmation of credit card details screen. I already have an ongoing subscription, I don't want to create another one.

That's correct, you'll need to complete the process via the checkout so that moving forward your subscription is only billed for the newly selected/chosen modules.

Okay, great. Maybe there should be something confirming this on the purchase screen.
