ETP tax not showing on eoy STP

One of my employees was terminated and paid unused LSL and was paid an ETP This was processed through the payroll correctly when he was terminated. Whilst his normal weekly payg tax and the ETP tax are showing correctly on the pays report and on the INB Payment summary reconciliation BUT it does not appear on the end of year STP.

Has anyone else had this problem?
