Payroll Premier - EOFY STP generating incorrectly

Has anyone else had issues with their EOFY STP stating someone is working holiday maker when the box is not ticked? Any ideas how to resolve?

    Hi @Rav I have a second person who is Australian showing up in my STP as working holiday maker but working holiday maker box is not ticked. Any ideas???

    Hi Kylie,

    It might be best to have a chat with our tech team about this one so we can have a technician look through the setup.

    Just as an aside though, did these employees have a custom tax scale intended for WHM applied to them at any stage throughout the year?

    Thanks. No they did not have WHM tax rate ticked at all.

    I am concerned now though too and I cant scroll browse the file before it's exported and it shuts the STP window once you click ok.
