Slow Printing RAH

We are all experiencing very slow printing from Reckon Accounts Hosted. It started before changing over to the 2022 version. None of our settings have been changed and some of us have new laptops that are very fast in all other functions. Has anyone else fixed this issue?

Edit: My print just now took 4 mins 20 sec.
