Can't scroll

I have started having issues, whereby I cannot scroll/arrow up/down. I am processing a customer invoice entering the data and it highlights a line but I cannot add or amend. For example. I have entered the below information, it has highlighted the line but I can't enter the year. Last time this happened, which was last week, I had to logout and log back in.
