How to upload FBT Figures from Payroll App

HI
My accountant has calculated the Reportable FBT for the some on my employees. I only use the payroll app for STP. How do I enter the FBT so it is updated on the payment summary. It is not an earning, allowance or deduction either. Do I have to create a new catergory? what have you done?
