Emailing payslips - not working

"The email service you selected to use currently cannot be reached. Please ensure you are connected to the internet before trying again"

I have been emailing pay slips fine then all of a sudden it has stopped and i get the above message. None of my credentials have changed.

Server name is smtp.office365.com and port is 587
