ACTIVATING RECKON ACCOUNTS

I have been a user of this program (previously called Quicken) for more than 20 years. The instructions for the latest version need to be more clear. In the past, like others, I have had problems with Reckon renewals. In Quicken you had to enter a code. Hence Reckon renewal was confusing and to be told it would automatically renew after subscription was paid did not work.

With this years renewal I discovered what needs to be done. As usual at the renewal date program reported licence had expired. By selecting Renew online activation was completed (No code required).
