Reckon Govconnect

I have a client wanting to change from the App to Payroll Premier. We as the agent will be completing the payruns on behalf of the client so need to add to our Reckon Govconnect.
When I try to add them via the Add Product button, it says the ABN has already been registered.
How do we go about handling this change?

Hi Lisa,
Can you please provide your clients ABN?
Changing from the Payroll App to Payroll Premier, your or client needs to login to the Payroll App to do a Zero submission so when you do a submission via Payroll Premier the figures won't double up.
