Quickbooks Multi User Services Stopping

Hi

We've had a multiuser setup with a few company files on a dedicated server for years. The QBCFMonitorService and QuickBooksDB30 are set to startup with the server after restarts

The past week or so these services have not started and show as manual startup. I've re-enable them by opening the app on the server, disabled multi-user hosting and re-enable and then scan the folders where company files are.

I check services again after this and they show auto start and running. - after server restarts though, we're back to square one (they don't start and show manual startup type !

I've checked all other PCs in case someone has enabled multi user hosting and none are enabled and none have the services running either

I've tried manually setting the startup types on the server also but no difference

wondering if anyone has suggestions on why or how to resolve or troubleshoot this ?
