add new row cannot find certain employee

Hi,today when I am tryring to creat 6 pay runs,and add new row on each pay run, the first 2 pay run is like normal ,but in the third pay run, some employees is missing ,I have tried to delete the empoloyees in the first 2 pay run,and the employees can be found in the third pay run,that means I can only create 2 pay run for these missing employees? I am using reckon one on computer,there is no terminate date for the missing employees,and I have login out and delete and re-create the pay run, doesn't work
