Annual Leave Adjustments

in Reckon One
I am a returning Reckon One user from way back and trying to remember how to make an adjustment to an employees annual leave paid to them on a public holiday over Christmas/New Year? And adjustment of Leave Loading Paid for these three days also??
I am using a fairly new company book that is not set up with not many advanced setting options for Pay Items.
Any help would be so very much appreciated.
