Annual leave not calculate correctly with leave loading

Hi guys,
Try to upload the payrun with Annual leave,set the annual leave with17.5% leave loading, when add annual leave and no SCG require for leave loading, I enter the base rate same as normal rate, app did not calculate the leave loading itself, tried enter the base rate inlcuded the leave loading, then the SCG has calculated based by base rate which includes the leave leading (I don't need to pay SCG in leave loading). Any one can help?
