    Hi @JO-ANNE

That can appear when there is an interruption in the internet connection, if the page is manually refreshed in the browser etc

    Hi Rav

thanks for your response, I just have to wonder why other cloud based software that we are using is not being affected.

    Hi @JO-ANNE

I can't comment on other cloud services but something to keep in mind is, Reckon Accounts Hosted operates on a fairly unique technology framework that sets it apart from 'typical' cloud services.

Reckon Accounts Hosted as the name implies is a hosted service, which operates in a fully customised and unique enterprise terminal server environment whereas other cloud services you may be comparing to operate on vastly different technology platforms. This is quite evident when comparing two of our very own cloud accounting software services being; Reckon Accounts Hosted vs Reckon One just as an example. They're both cloud services but operate on completely different architecture which operate in differing ways and have their own set of benefits and limitations.

@JO-ANNE In other words, users actually access RAH remotely via Reckon's own servers, not directly online (in the "cloud")

Just like if you have remote access from home to your office computer, for example. It's a secure connection to your own files, not accessible by others. Each RAH user has a secure connection for their own RAH company files - & any other folders/files they save - on their own personal (Q & B) Drives.
