Unable to create a pay run!

Hi Rav & team, is there an issue with Payroll this morning as I'm unable to create a pay run?

    Hi there @iangc

    We're just looking into that now, unfortunately there does seem to be an issue emerging at the moment which is affecting the ability access employee data. This will also impact pay runs.

    The devs are already on the case and there's some work happening as we speak on addressing it so I don't expect it to be impacted for long.

    Apologies for the hassle though, I'll keep posted.

    Hi again @iangc

    This should now be resolved. Can you please close the app in full ie. swipe it away from any other apps currently running on your phone. Reopen it after that and create your pay run.

    Hi Rav,


    just jumping into this as well because I think it is related. I could generate a pay run, and I was able to post it as well. However, when I went to bank payment to create the ABA file, there was no payment to be selected there!

    This is the first time it happens like this. Could you please assist?

    Hi @Iri Wijaya

    Are you using the Reckon Payroll App that this post is related to or a different Reckon software? The only reason I ask is, you've mentioned ABA file whereas the Payroll App doesn't have that functionality.

    If its related to a different software, can you please create a new post by clicking HERE and select which software you're using. Also, if you have screenshots etc of what's occurring when you attempt to create the ABA file that would be great.

    Thanks Rav. Sorry I didn't check the heading properly as I was a bit in panic mode to pay people wages today. I am using Reckon One, and I have created a new post as requested.
