Error in submitting EOFY to ATO in payroll premier

instance.PayrollEvent.PayrollDetail requires property "TotalGross", instance.PayrollEvent.PayrollDetail requires property "TotalPAYG"

Does anyone know how to fix this?

While help guide on this error message linked below relates to a different software, the cause applies to Payroll Premier as well. Essentially, it relates the type of submission you're creating in the software vs the submission type being selected in GovConnect.

Hi

Im using Payroll Premier and have encountered the same problem. I have selected "Update a previously completed ATO submission or Finalise Year" but still eceive the same error. Any further suggestions appreciated.

What sort of pay event are you creating in Payroll Premier? ie. a normal pay run, update event, EOFY finalisation etc and does that match the submission type option you're selecting in GovConnect?

@AnneB has your STP file been created as an EOFY finalisation in your Payroll Premier software?

It needs to have been in order for it to be accepted into GovConnect with that selection.
