Cannot download Payroll Premier 2023/24 due to an error

I'm trying to download Payroll Premier 2023/24 and got the following error message:

Hi @Kandy

The ability to download Payroll Premier 2023/24 has been temporarily paused as we've discovered an issue with the calculation of tax in the new edition. A fix is in the works at the moment but I'd recommend reviewing the full information in the announcement made earlier today which I'll link below -
