logging in to hosted

in Accounts Hosted

I want to check set up in GovConnect STP but none of the links below will open so I cant log in. Settings allow for pop ups for reckon. Using Edge as the browser. Any ideas? I just tried it with google and it is working with that browser.

    If you try logging into Hosted directly from the login page here - https://hosted.reckon.com/ does it work for you?

    yes that does, but you don't get the option to log straight into GovConnect. I need to share my subscriptions, not lodge an STP
