Employees missing from EOFY STP Report

Hi,

I have run the EOFY STP report and I have noticed that at least three of my employees are missing. All are current employees, and one is a longterm employee that has been included in previous yearly reports without an issue. I have confirmed that 'Payment summary and STP not required' is unchecked for all of the missing employees.

Does anyone have any idea what the issue is?

    Hi @JackieZ

    Can you please check whether these employees have two hire dates listed in their profile in the Employment tab.

    If so, remove the unnecessary one and then try recreating the submission.

    Hi Rav,

    All only have one hire date.

    I have the same issue

    3 missing -employees all left July/Aug 2022

    and for one current employee a single pay run in Nov missing from EOFY report. Only discovered in reconciling the monthly reports with the year end as totals were out. Why does this happen??

    currently on hold for ATO to advise incorrect STP lodged -so frustrating!!
