Printing issues

I have just renewed my annual subscription and when I tried to print a report the printout is a reduced to the top left hand corner of the page. I cannot get it to fill the page as per the attached photo. The option for page scaling is greyed out.

Prior to renewing my subscription I did not have this problem. Can you help me rectify this?
