RAH internal browser not loading Reckon Portal

I'm trying to lodge my STP for payrun and getting a blankscreen when it is redirected to the portal. Is there an issue?

have tried again and now getting a Gateway failed authenticating user token error message

after several attempts, I have been able to finally log in to the reckon portal. although very clunky

now can't email payslips, it has emailed 3 and stopped. Has been sitting like this for 5 minutes.

Not sure if there's a widespread issue but I've asked the Hosted team to take a look and see if there's anything going on. I'll let you know.
If the internal browser in Hosted is still giving you grief, open a separate tab on your browser then access GovConnect by going to it directly.
You'll need to download your STP .json file from Reckon Accounts Hosted first (I'll link some info on this in the guide below) and then open a separate tab in your browser and head over to https://portal.reckon.com/ and sign in as you normally would then upload the STP file to GovConnect for submission.

I've had to log out and log off remote sessions, it has finally worked.
