Share Reckon Date file with user

Hi All

Is there a limit of users you can share your data file with?

Is there a limit of data files you can have access to?

Have tried to share a data file to one of our Reckon licences. When I share the file it tells me the file has been shared. If I go back and check the file, it has not been shared with the Reckon licence. Have shared multiple data files with this licences, one data file just won't work. Can share the data file to other licences.
