Payroll Premier upgrade - Migration Issues

Just finished having my Payroll Premier 2023 version migrated to Reckon Payroll. Wondering if anyone has encountered these issues:-
An employee didn't migrate across.
Can't access any previous pays reports.
Can't access any super contribution reports, keep getting a screen saying Premium coming soon.
I do my first payrun next week, would love to have these issues fixed before then.
Very frustrating.
