Long Service Leave - Accrual

in Payroll Premier upgrade to Reckon Payroll ⤴️

Hi,

I am trying to load Long Service Leave accrual - We are based in NSW and LSL accrues in weeks (not hours)

The only option is for it to accrue in hours - which is incorrect

For fulltime/parttime I could load their hours but this doesn't work for casuals which most of our workforce.

Does anyone have a solution or work around for this?

Also - If I have LSL accrue annually, does that accrue on the staff members commencement date anniversary or when the year rolls over?
