September 15 in Reckon Payroll Upgrade for Reckon One 🚀

I have a team member that prefers to accrue any additional hours as time in lieu, since moving to Reckon Payroll I have been unable to find a way to create a leave type that I can manually accrue against at each pay run.

Any advice would be appreciated.
