Reckon Payroll Incorrect Leave Entitlement

Reckon has not calculated any leave since conversion from Payroll Premier to Reckon Payroll eventhough employee's leave entitlement has been configured.
Also, the Payroll Leave Balances Report is all over the place. None of the leave balances is correct, nor do they tie in with Leave Balances sitting in Individual Employee's account.
