payroll premier 23/24 Stp2 migration

Hi, I have been on the phone to support and 2 phone calls and many different connections later, have been told the migration from payroll premier to Stp2 is not working! I was told I can process our pays as normal in Payroll Premier this week. Is this correct? Thank you, Mel Nicolle
