Invoicing Withholding Tax in NZ

Hi we use Online Hosted - Ive been asked to start invoicing withholding tax and need to show this on my Invoices - Where do I change the client / Invoice to split out the withholding tax at the base of invoice - Checked templates but I cant locate the feature in invoice template
