OPTUS NETWORK OUTAGE - CAN'T RECEIVE MFA CODE

With the Optus network down this morning, is there an alternative way to receive an MFA code to get into the Reckon Customer Portal?

Hi Jen
Yes, you can change your MFA source from SMS to an authenticator app instead. Your existing SMS option as your MFA source will need to be removed from your account first. Please get in touch with our support team and we can get this organised for you ASAP.
