I have a new computer and cant ogin

I use the link and it says script error on the page and greys out when I follow the link

    Can I use an RKN backup if I uninstall then reinstall Reckon

    If you have a RKN backup it will restore in the program, have you installed the program on your new computer? Call me if you wish.

    Hi Gerry

    I just worked out how o see your answer !


    Anyway I delete and reload Reckon .It opens with all our data intact on one occasion. Then it repeats the error message 'You do not have a current licence go online I go online and the site crashes .

    I have done this 3 times so far

    Initially I had a clone version on this new computer from the old hard drive in the dead computer . .


    I would ring but dont know what hours you are available nor your time zone ?
