Help please - how can I reinstall a licensed Reckon Accounts Personal 2013 - it's asking for a pin? We are a small community non-profit and cannot justify a new program when this one still suits our basic needs….Thank you.

You can attain an activation key/license key by contacting our sales team on 1800 732 566.
You will need to provide them with your Customer ID, and possibly a license or product key.
The software should provide this to you.

Thank you Alexander. I contacted your team as advised, but after an excellent and lengthy effort by a team member they were unable to help. I had hoped there would be a quick fix as I love this little software. I was offered an annual subscription for $400, but definitely not in our tiny budget as a small non-profit. We just need to move it to another pc, but cannot. Disappointing.
