Just wondering who pays the fee on money in Credit Card payments?

The customer or me?

Always assumed it was me

    Hi @frizellmj

    From what I understand as part of your onboarding application to Reckon Payments you have the option to select whether the surcharge is passed on to your customer.

    Are you already using Reckon Payments at the moment?

    Yes I am using payments with Novatti

    Ill have a look at setting i guess. I thought I paid the fee but have customer complaining it cost them to use credit card

    Hey @frizellmj

    Shoot an email through to support@novattipayments.com and the Novatti team should be able assist with this.

    Include the email address your Reckon One book is registered under and your Reckon One book name in the email.
