Bug: Replacing a report causes it to appear twice in My Saved Reports

If I save a report and give it the same name as an existing report, and after asking me I choose to replace the report, the list of reports contains the same report twice. Furthermore, if I then delete one of the reports, both are deleted.

The report is in a subcategory of My Saved Reports.

I am using Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2022 Release R 1 on Windows 11 2023 fully up to date.
