Importing Payroll Spreadsheet Hours in Reckon Hosted

Hi There,

We currently used Reckon Hosted. I have been manually and individually entering hours for payroll. Is there any way I can upload the hours spreadsheet into Reckon Hosted.

    Not automatically unfortunately … You would need to use a (paid) 3rd party option for that.

    Are you aware of the Timesheets feature within Hosted ?

    Whilst this still requires you to manually enter the Timesheet hours, you can enter these at any time prior to the pay run - eg as you receive each of the manual ones or in advance, if someone books leave … so it's not forgotten when taken - & the hours will automatically populate on the Paycheques when processing 😊

    We use TimeTracker (3rd party app) to manage staff timesheets. It syncs to Reckon Hosted. It is pretty good.
