Reckon is not downloading one stock price - VVA (Viva Leisure)

For some reason I get all the daily ASX share prices except one - for Viva Leisure, which is listed on the ASX with the code VVA. Here is a picture of my settings for the stock. Can you advise please.

    Hi. An update: I got it to appear on the update quotes list by adding it to the watch list. So it looks like my problem is resolved, but should this be necessary?

    Hi @Trev Cicero

    Did you recently add Viva Leisure into the software? Also, do you know when Viva Leisure shares were last updated correctly for you?

    We do have a help article for this. To start, could you please follow the steps in it and let me know if it resolves the issue?

    Hi, thanks for responding. I added it more than a year ago but the prices have never downloaded with the others. I need to enter them manually.

    The problem seems to be that the stock doesn't appear in the update quotes list.

    It appears to be correctly set up on the edit security screen, so how do I get it on the update quotes list?
