Loss of Historical Data when Using Update Function in V31 Home and Business

I have just installed V31 onto my desktop.

When I updated the data for share prices on 31 January 2025 using the update function, I lost all historical date for existing shares in portfolio even though they were selected for updates and did not get any data for 31 January 2025.

When I tried to update again on same say, I lost the values for all of my term deposits.

Very frustrating

    I recently upgraded to Win11 and V31 and having the same issue. The system crashes whenever I try to back up. Reckon support referred me to the Reckon community. Until I am able to find a solution here, we are unable to use the software. Yes, very frustrating indeed.

    Thanks for your reply, Gerry.
    I have been using Quicken/Reckon for well over twenty years. Since upgrading to v31, I have encountered so many issues eg having to enter the installation key and license numerous times, re-installs, each time we log in, the welcome messages (new or current user and which file we would like to use) pops up, this has not happened with previous versions. As previously mentioned, the system crashes whenever we try to back up and a report sent to Reckon.
    Are these issues something you could help with or are they technical issues with v31?
    I have submitted a case ticket with Reckon and still awaiting a response.

    We cannot thank you enough for your help in resolving the above issues so quickly and efficiently, @GerryWinter. It has saved us so much time, stress and frustrations. Its also great that it could all be done remotely. We appreciate your tips on how to use the software more efficiently. We can now get on with life :-).
