How do I re-install Reckon A/cs PDF converter

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

I've recently installed 2025 Reckon onto a brand new device. When I try to send payslips it is asking me to reinstall Reckon Accounts PDF Converter! Where do I get help with this?

    I got as far as 3. After I opened the File Location but there is no “Install.exe” for me to click on.

    Further assistance required.

    The Install.exe for PDF Convertor is listed within the product. Find the .exe by following the steps as in the screenshot attached.

    Can you advise when will I receive assistance with this problem? It's been over 24 hours and I need the PDF printer.
