I have been trying to sign up to the CFS Clearing House for a couple of weeks now, I finally received the below response on the 27/04/26 but have not received anything else as yet. As I work 2 jobs, I only get to do my bookwork job at night so it's hard to contact people during the day. Who should I contact about this issue?

Hi there,

We have received your Employer Application Form for FirstChoice Employer Super.

A welcome kit from Colonial First State (CFS) will be sent to you via email within 1–2 days. This will include a link to set up your clearing house account so you can begin making super payments.

In the meantime, there’s nothing further you need to do.
