I have tried different web browsers, and the internet connection runs all other programs fine. This happens every 60 seconds or so and is becoming quite frustrating.
Any help would be appreciated :)

Has this just started occurring for you today or has it been ongoing for some time?
Can I just confirm, when you tried out other browsers, did you also log off the active session in your Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel as well?
Also what internet provider are you with?

Thank you for replying it has been happening for a couple of weeks now, we are with Telstra and yes I have been through the process and logged off as a user in the control panel also. I have tried shutting down the computer and restarting. Sometimes the error flashes up and then returns back to the open Reckon account file.
