Changing the "Date" in a Cash Flow Account - Personal 2013

With previous versions of Quicken and Reckon I am certain that I could alter the date up or down by using the + or - keys on my key numeric pad. This is in a "Cash Flow" account set up as a Bank Account. This made data entry quite fast. I now find that this does not work on the version I now am using. Could I have altered a preference somewhere that removed this?

Ian,
Here are keyboard shortcuts in Quicken / Reckon Accounts.

in-quicke...
You can also search for this info in the help file using the keyword shortcuts
Do any of the 'Dates' related shortcuts work for you?
Have a look whether your Windows regional settings are set to Australia as the country since if it is not, it may affect how dates are displayed/handled.

If it is already set to Australia, change it to some other country (example: Belgium) then change it back.

Hi Inigo. Thanks for looking at this. I went to the shortcuts and the only one that works is the "Go to a date". No response from the others. I am actually in NZ but reset region and then returned to NZ and no change.0
