Guess what just called secretary who said Reckon has problem with one of servers.

Just discovered via calling general line they have problem with a server. Trying to fix with no time line. Where is this info on line. Also why hasn't CEO been sacked.

    Can one of the Online community manager's confirm this?  am I wasting my time and money on hold for technical support - 43 minutes and counting all on a mobile phone.  $$$$$$$$$ down the drain
