Keyboard Issues!!!!

Having massive issues with the new version (using Mozilla) and it recognising keyboard strokes. It freezes, doesn't accept keystrokes, the TAB only works in reverse, extremely frustrating!!!!

    That happens to us in MS Int Exp, could not fix.  Now we use Google Chrome solely for Reckon Hosted.  All works good.

    Hey Damian, thanks for your feedback. As Richard mentions Chrome seems to handle this issue better than other browsers. You may also wish to check this thread out. We have escalated to this our IT team to investigate and work on it. Cheers, Mirko.

    Hi, I was using Mozilla, after spending 1 hour on phone was told by tech support for Reckon to change and use google Chrome.  Has been working just fine so far.  I hope this helps. Cheers Raelene.

    Mirko,

    Can you please ask whoever you need to at Reckon to get them to put on the home screen when they login a message to advise people to use Google Chrome? It may reduce the amount of comments on here about it not playing nicely :)
