HI, I think that this is probably pretty easy but I can't for the life of me work it out..... We want to weekly produce a report that shows all the inventory parts that have hit their re-order point so that every Friday we can do one large order? Any help will be appreciated :)

    Hi Tara

Reports > Inventory > Inventory Status by Supplier

There is an "Order" column which displays a tick if On hand is less than or equal to reorder point.

Thanks Graham, but this produces a 252 page report for us, is there any way that we can show only parts that have hit re-order point and need to be ordered?

    Hi Tara

Unfortunately, the report doesn't have the ability to filter by the "Order" column.

Workaround is to download the file to Excel, then use excel's filtering ability to display only the lines with a tick in the order column.

I also need to run this report - problem being is you can only run it for inventory parts as assembly items dont show :(
