BankData import wizard is active... but I can't find it

I opened the BankData Import Wizard but then realised I needed to check the dates for importing. After looking in the register I could not find the screen to complete the dates to import. I tried again but got the error message "BankData Import Wizard is still running. Click OK to continue."  I have tried closing the Online Banking Screen, closing and reopening the company and eventually shutting down Reckon completely and logging back on. None of this has cleared the Open Wizard which I can't find.
