YTD amounts (Tax, gross etc.) on payslips are not accruing.

YTD amounts on payslips are not accruing, payslips are only showing the current week of pay, this has only happened since the change over of access to Reckon.

    Hi Debra,

    Try a different payslip and see if it is incorrect there also.

    All employees payslips are incorrect & only showing current week figures in the YTD column. Payslips YTD have always been correct up till the latest change in Reckon.
