transfer and post not working

We have no data saved after the daily transfer and post hasn't been working lately. How can I recover this information?

Which version of Reckon Accounts and POS are you using?

Thanks for replying. Turns out there's an issue with one of the items which was causing the transfer and post to not complete. I now need to go through all transactions and find which one it was and fix it.
